Anxiety is one of the most widely observed studied psychological concomitants of stuttering. Fear can indirectly result in creating many complex problems in our life. As it is a problem related with our mind, the solution for fear, and anxiety lies within us. There are lots of problems that are directly related to our subconscious mind.
You should aim for getting control over stuttering. It is a more practical goal. There are two primary ways to deal with it. The first one is conventional medications worked very well for me in the past, but have side effects. The second way is using alternative medicine therapies. I am a big “fan” of homeopathic medicines, energy medicine techniques,exercises, hypnosis, etc.
