What's a Vasectomy for a Male - All You Need to Know about Vasectomy

A vasectomy is the surgical removal of a small piece of the Vas Deferens. The Vas Deferens is a long narrow muscular tube that feels like undercooked noodles in which the sperm flows from the testicle to the urethra. They are on both right and left side of the scrotum.

The sperm are produced in the testicle, and then they travel out the top of the testicle and into the epididymis. The epididymis is a very small, tightly coiled tubule, and it runs along the back of the testicle from top to bottom.
