What mostly reasons stuttering is when you have so many words you want to say, that all your words get caught up in your throat.

This is easy. the centers of the brain you use for different functions singing isn't located in the same center of the brain as speech. or something like that. anyway when you sing you use other centers of the brain and that normally doesn't have the defect that causes stuttering.
